An hour from Miami International Airport in the Florida Keys, the Coconut Palm Inn makes for a fun island getaway. Located directly on the water on Tavernier, between the islands of Key Largo and Islamorada, the hotel offers direct beach access. All rooms are furnished with a coffeemaker, microwave, television, fridge and complimentary beach towels. Among the room types are deluxe queens with a view of the garden, king rooms with a patio and bay view and spacious suites. Suites come equipped with kitchenettes and separate sleep areas, and some have multiple bathrooms. The Coconut Palm Inn sits on a wide for the Keys beach with several docks and boat ramps. Area activities include fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding and boating. There are plenty of nearby attractions, museums and tours the whole family can enjoy. The Florida Keys Wild Bird Center is just a 20-minute walk through historical Key Largo. And along the route you can stop at the many shops, restaurants and cafes. Read Less Had a wonderful stay at the Inn. Was warmly greeted upon arrival by Ashley and Cocoa the cat who is the inn mascot. Ashley provided us with a rum punch and explained all the particulars the inn had to offer. Free use of kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles. Barbecue to cook your own food. Stayed in a one bedroom suite that was beautifully furnished, spacious and super clean. King bed was very comfortable and we had amazing nights sleep as the surroundings are so peaceful. We had a really nice outdoor deck from our room that had a view of the bay. Staff is so accommodating to any of your needs, and always there if you need them. The most relaxing stay we have had in quite some time. We just spent our wedding week here, and we couldn't of asked for more! Coconut palm inn is the absolute best and we can't wait to come back in the future!! Not only was the property amazing, but the staff was also. They helped with absolutely everything, and will forever appreciate all of their help.
